And the NFL will have all the key games playing at the same time. So if TEN beats both PIT & MIA, KC's week 18 game is meaningful either chasing TEN or holding them off for the #1 seed. Of course, it doesn't matter if we don't beat CIN today. TEN loses to PIT, KC in sole lead of AFC

That L to CIN, combined with our L's to BAL, PIT & CLE, really sink our chances. At 3-6, even winning out we'd be 6-6 at best - and every team ahead of us or tied with us has a better conference record, and many by 2+ games. So 2-1 is certainly eliminated, 9-8 isn't getting it done, there are 3 teams ahead of us before we even catch playoff teams. As an example, MIA is 7-7 and they have a better conference record. If they win out, they already beat us...and they're in 12th place in our conference (we're 11th now). As ppl know, I've been saying we're not legitimate contenders - but we still gave it a good run to get there. Speaks to a bright future if we can find the right HC/OC to pair with our next QB (please, please, please let it be Russell Wilson or A-Rod).
