Josh Allen is the best player in the NFL right now...

I know he ultimately lost the game yesterday but I can't get over that performance.   I don't think I've seen a better individual performance by a QB in my life GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES.   300+ yards passing and 100+ yards rushing in the same game while taking every passing and rushing attempt in the first half against the defending Super Bowl Champs.  Are you effin kidding me?

Josh Allen has been the most talented QB in the NFL in my eyes since his rookie season.  I now feel he's officially become the best player in the sport.  No other QB could have done what he did yesterday.   A truly breathtaking performance.

I'm relatively certain Lamar Jackson has done that same type of scenario just this very year lmao

Did he do it against the defending Super Bowl champs on the road in a must-win game with the entire nation watching?

I'm taking the context of the situation into account.  Obviously there have been 3 other 300 passing/100 rushing performances in NFL history.  But this came in a critical game against a quality opponent on the road.  It was the late game on CBS with the entire nation watching.

There was an epic feel to that game which made the magnitude of the performance greater.

"must-win game" didn't the Bills lose?

Lamar did it against KC in week 2, and before you bend the goal posts, I said "same type of scenario". And furthermore, the Ravens actually won that game.

You know Lamar is my guy.  But this was different.  KC in week 2 was not the quality of opponent Tampa Bay is right now.  KC was reeling at that time.  Especially defensively.  Also that was a home game for Baltimore.   I watched that game and it didn't have the epic playoff feel the game yesterday had.  Yesterday's game looked like a Super Bowl match up.  Sure the Bills ultimately lost but it didn't change my opinion on the performance made by Josh Allen in that situation.

Yeah we'll just have to agree to disagree my dude, but like I said Lamar already had type of game so you saying "nobody else could have done this!" is just false. Have a good one

This was the second straight week he had a perfect opportunity to take the lead and win the game...and he fell flat on his face. In fact, Buffalo is 0-5 in one score games.

Allen's pretty good, but I'd take Tom Brady over him every single time.
