MDY10
Honestly didn’t start one because I didn’t want to jinx anything but.. GOLLY this is fun. OLine is playing so well. Maybe I was wrong about the depth of this team. On the other hand, the corners have been taken advantage of plenty lol against these guys it was expected. It could have been much worse If not for the front 7. They’re winning this game. The offense has looked very good today. The run game is there and Stafford is in a bit of a zone. Could this be where LA catches fire?? ALOT of game left to play though

MDY10
Today was very impressive. Especially under the circumstances. I can honestly say I’m proud as hell of this team. Edited December 14, 2021 by MDY10

Best game LA has had since the KC game in terms of entertainment. Chiefs, Vikings, and now this one. What an amazing performance by this whole team. Haven’t seen them play with this my heart in a while. Let’s go LA!!

I loved the defensive effort. Played smart and let the defensive line dominate. Just when I was thinking Von hasn't done much, he comes in with the 4th down run stop on Conner. Though, the story of the game is Stafford. He was the best player on the field in a game where he had to be. Great performance.

jrry32
That's the Stafford we need come playoff time.
MDY10
Darius Williams really settled in the further into the game that we got. If he keeps that momentum going and gets his confidence back then maybe missing Jalen was the best thing that could have happened.
rocky_rams
It’s games like this why the trade for Stafford was done
stl4life07
Great win for the Rams. I called it a must win for the Rams and I think I heard them say McVay called it a must win too. The Rams now can stay alive for the division. This is what I meant when I said we have the right coaching and organization in general in terms of handling adversity. Alot went crazy these last few days with covid and the Rams showed up against the best team in football on the road and won. This is why the Rams traded for Stafford. He was the better QB on the field. He played like an MVP even though his crappy three game stretch took him out of serious contention. I love the fact McVay has stayed committed to the run with Michel bc Ive always said the Rams can run the ball they just choose not too. We arent the Bills who cant run the ball. The Rams issue has always been sticking to the run. Im glad McVay has now went back to what makes this team dangerous and thats running the ball and then everything else flows off of it. AD and this Rams front seven was amazing harassing Murray all game long. They needed to bc of them not having Ramsey and others in the secondary going up against all those great weapons. So again just great performance all around and this is the way we know the Rams can play thus it doesnt matter if the Rams are on the road or at home in the playoffs they can beat any team anywhere and get to the Superbowl. NYRamsFan88
Great performance by the offense and defense, but STs is degrading rapidly, I hope no one gets too clever come playoff time and attempt on side kicks against us. Positive takeaways: Earnest Jones should’ve been starting from the jump. Ever since he took Kenny Young’s spot, the middle of our defense isn’t as putrid as it previously was ( but still needs work, but as Jones gets more comfortable things will improve ) Darious Williams has redeemed himself as a CB. The man was getting his chestnuts roasted on an open fire the first half of the season. He’s starting to look like his 2020 self again. Excellent job sticking to DHop. Raheem Morris called a good game. Don’t get me wrong, a little more work is required before we can get back to where we were, but these younger guys are starting to buy into the scheme. Yes, the Cardinals did make a few nice plays, but that was due to guys being out of position or falling asleep in zone coverage. Whoever is playing center for Brian Allen is doing an excellent job. If Skelton ( I think that’s his name ) keeps this up, Allen could be expendable during the off season. Negative takes: Special team. Horrendously pathetic. This entire unit needs remodeling. Stafford missed some throws in the first half, but the bright side is that they didn’t turn into interceptions.
BStanRamFan
We ran the ball. We executed play action. We got pressure and caused turnovers....do this more guys. Sony Michel is what this offense needs. We can get our splash through the air and getting in 2nd/3rd and manageable situations helps this offense. Keep feeding Michel. Also, I saw someone say earlier once Brad Holmes left, we lost the ability to scout mid round talent to keep our roster rounded out....Earnest Jones says hi.
stl4life07
Wasnt people on here knocking the pick of Earnest Johnson? He is just what the Rams are looking for and thats a playmaking linebacker. He is around the football making plays. I was thinking this, which was the most impressive, the Rams going to Tampa Bay last season on MNF and winning that game without Whitworth OR last night the Rams going to Arizona and winning that game without Ramsey? For me its a tough one bc I felt like with the pass rush the Bucs had last season and Goff needing great protection that he couldnt afford to not have his best offensive lineman and future HOF'er out on the field. Goff only was sacked like once and played a great game. On the flipside though, without Ramsey I didnt think the Rams secondary would hold up against D-Hop, Green, Kirk, Moore, and Ertz especially since Murray has the ability to scramble around and buy even more time for those guys to get open. I was impressed that D-Hop didnt go off and that the Rams not only held Murray to no td passes but forced two ints. So its tough but I think Id give the edge to what the Rams was able to do last night without Ramsey. Its easy to do things without one of your main pieces on the offensive side of the ball outside of the QB. Its hard to do things without one of your main pieces on defense especially the main piece in the secondary.

Last night without question. We lost 5 starters after the gameplan was implemented due to COVID. Was also out Brian Allen again. Kareem Orr was playing significant snaps lol
