Karnage84
Following the TDN draft rankings: I traded down with New England for #31; traded up to take Harris. 1) Aidan Hutchinson, Edge, Michigan Instant impact defender as either a DE or OLB. Combined with the Okwara brother's and Charles Harris, the Lions are starting to develop a solid and deep DL group. 31) Jordan Battle, S, Alabama Tracy Walker has been better with the scheme change but he needs help. Battle comes in as the SS but has scheme versatility. Help solidifies things down the middle and in the back end 33) Drake London, WR, USC A big, strong handed WR. A combination of London, Reynolds, ARSB would make a nice 1-2-3 punch with some developing guys in the mix for the #4 and #5 spot. 47) Christian Harris, LB, Alabama We need a major upgrade at LB. Harris is highly athletic and was BPA in this spot. He'll be given an opportunity to compete for a starting job. 98) Jahleel Billingsley, TE, Alabama As a team that wants to run the ball, we are going to wind up with a lot of two TE sets. Adding in a weapon like Billingsley to pair with Hockenson should help keep opposing defenses guessing. We've seen offenses that can be really dangerous with a similar 1-2 punch. 143) Andrew Voorhess, OG, USC Adding a young, versatile OL piece into the mix. Vaitai hasn't been bad but he has a fat contract. Continuing to build through the trenches and add to the line should help keep us compete long term 176) Sam Hartman, QB, Wake Forest A developmental QB. We need to add someone to replace the David Blough's of the world. 180) Ali Gaye, Edge, LSU An upside edge defender. We'll likely be looking to move on from Trey Flowers sooner rather than later and guys like Austin Bryant have struggled. A continued focus on the trenches and adding depth. 218) Mike Jones Jr., LB, LSU Another attempt to upgrade the position and add depth. 236) D'Jordan Strong, CB, Coastal Carolina Another attempt to upgrade the position and add depth. 251) Dante Stills, DT, West Virginia Another attempt to upgrade the position and add depth. Lions017
I really like this. Addresses a lot of needs without any obvious reaches. Hutchinson and Battle would make a huge impact on that defense. I like Harris at LB quite a bit too, and London could be a #1 receiver. Just Want A Title
This would be pretty great if things played out like this. I don't think Drake London will last to #33 though.

I don't think Drake London will last to #33 though. I could see it happening. He's coming off of an injury and it's another really deep receiver class. If it's not London, I think someone really good will be there with our second first or second round pick. It's just a matter of who it is. Sllim Pickens
This is pretty similar to what I do on the mock simulators when I don't trade. I like it, don't love it. IMO there will be a better prospect available at the Rams pick although I do know S is a need. Overall it would be pretty solid and definitely a step in the right direction.
