If the Lions have a good offseason, they might just be a decent team next year. Absolutely. First time Dan Campbell has had to handle game management. He's learning on the fly. Can I say, Dan Campbell deserves alot of praise for keeping his guys motivated, but what a great FO/Coaching staff he and Holmes have put together. John Dorsey's impact on the players brought in is apparent. Chris Spielman getting football guys in here and not just suits and rocket scientists. Aubrey Pleasant throwing out a makeshift secondary each week full of rookies and practice squad guys. Duce Staley coaching up one helluva deep RB group. Hank Fraley continues to develop our OL. Sewell, Kraemer, McCollum all rookies that have started this season. Having guys like Evan Brown ready to fill in for Ragnow. Etc. Aaron Glenn has really made chicken salad this season. We have no true building blocks on defense but they are competitive. Anthony Lynn seems to be the only one has really struggled this season. I feel like it's going to be different this time around... but we've all uttered these same words for how long we've been Lions fans.
