With the bye week, we can utilize the GDT as an other game thread. Some interesting and important matchups:

Thursday Night Game: Bills at Jets

The Bills are making a play this year, and while ultimately they will have to beat us to close the season out in order to pry the division out of our hands. It's going to be strange, because if I could root for any other team in the division its probably Buffalo, but heres hoping the Jets can pull one out. It will make the division as a whole more interesting too if the Jets can win one.

Broncos at Eagles

So the Broncos are 3-4, I know, but I still think this can be a fun battle of offense versus defense. I want to see what Wentz can do against the No Fly Zone and Von Miller. I am also interested in seeing how they utilize Ajayi.

Chiefs at Cowboys

Can a Zekeless Star team defeat the kings of the AFC halfway through the season? It would certainly help us a whole lot.

Broncos vs Eagles

Here comes my usual superstition; part of me wants Denver to win so they're not on desperation, last chance mode against us a week later. But then, part of me wants Denver dead and buried.

And RedZone all day. Sorry fam.

I want Brock to have a good game to he is guaranteed to start the week after.  Brady needs his revenge against this upstart at MH.

The chiefs vs cowboys game should be interesting. Their defense has improved over the last few weeks so I could see it causing trouble for Alex. Demarcus lawrence is leading the league in sacks. The Broncos vs Eagles game feels like it is gonna be one sided. I thought the jets would win but I didn't think the bills defense would have been so quiet tonight.

Let's just get right down to it and start taking super bowl.

To "BLEEP this BLEEP team I'm done with this 7-9 BLEEP. Not watching anymore". Bless.

Incidentally, I thought the Benjamin trade was NOT a good fit. Benjamin can't get open (doesnt need to to catch ball) but Tyrod is risk-averse. He's not going to throw into tight coverage, which is solely where Benj operates. Not a good route runner, cannot get separation, just relies on span and size.

My opinion of him is that is is strictly a jump ball specialist with some good intermediate route work. He is very quick or fast so he relies on his big frame to create separation but NFL corners are not all tiny guys like they were ten years ago. He is easy to gameplan for, but he has the talent to make a difference. Tyrod does a wonderful job of game management. I know Bills fans who may swing in here would crucify me for saying that, but the guy typically throws the safe ball, tries not to make the big mistake, and isnt really a difference maker. He rarely makes plays in the passing game and the Bills offense usually rides or dies with the rushing attack.

Yeah. The super bowl comment was clear sarcasm. I tend to agree with your comment about Benjamin though, he's definitely a throw it up and hope type of guy and Tyrod is the exact opposite.

Also, I'm going to be tuning in next week just like every other Bills fan. We'll see how dedicated you are when you've seen the same disaster for 17 straight years. It's beyond frustrating but Bills fans still turn up every single year and travel extremely well. But please, tell me about being a fan while you win double digits wins every season and are basically guaranteed a playoff spot, must be such a struggle for you.

Wait, have you heard of the patriots in the 90s, 80s, 70s or 60s? You went to 4 super bowls in a row and were considered infinitely more successful until 2001 hit.
