Xenos
Of course we give up a 61 yarder to you guys before the half 😆 Honestly, our offense has been too inconsistent in the first half. Our defense is surprisingly bailing us out so far.
broncosfan07
Why is that idiot Fangio still allowed to hold any challenge flags?
Broncofan
LOL @ Fangio at that challenge. Would be fitting that in a game he has no real shot, he still finds a way to show bad game management, this time with challenge judgment.
Zukhyubern
Fire Fangio's *** after this game PLEASE
Broncofan
We are severely undermanned, so there's context - but those 2 GL series shows the problem when you're entirely predictable. The Philly special was there (hit by DB got Hinton to float the throw), but the bigger issue is when the D doesn't respect the pass - even a weak run D like the Chargers can stand tall. 2 straight series inside the 7, all but 1 run just stuffed (and that run still well short of GL). Again, it's not a true indicator with all the guys we are missing, but the part about being predictable and D's not fearing the pass game, well it neuters even a great run game vs. a bad D. And that should really do it. So appropriate that he ST's continued to fail too today. Even with a talent gap, ST's is all about coaching and fundamentals, pretty fitting play. broncosfan07
Can Fangio just pull a AB and walk out of the stadium? Fire him, Shurmur and McMahon into the sun.
BullsandBroncos
Forget Fangio, how does Shurmur still have a job?

Broncofan
Man, those 2 throws on 3rd down and 4th down just showed exactly why the staff didn't go with Lock. Flat foot with clear DB rushing him, can't hit Gordon, and then Fant is open and the throw is literally 2 yards behind him. He's not the reason why we're losing, but add in 2-TO worthy throws that got dropped by James in the 1H - at least it should quell the ppl who somehow think he might be auditioning for a 2022 job with us.

Yeah. I really want to like Lock, and I still think the offense would have been more dangerous with him had they gone with him from the beginning of the season. But the truth is, if you can’t hit those throws after three years, you’re never going to have what it takes to be the man. But he was also not going to give away games and with our 3-0 start, that was exactly what the staff was looking for. In the end, it's pretty clear neither guy is the answer. Honestly, this is for the best - neither guy should be on our roster - Lock's not even good back-up material, because he needs as many practice reps to even play...and he's still got killer issues with footwork, ball placement, and pocket awareness. Plus the put-ball-in-danger tendencies. TBH, LAC should have 2 more TO's today, James just dropped both.

Broncofan
Good W @Xenos, @Dr LBC @chargerbuckeye & @Chargers fans....even if you don't have your own GD thread in your Forums (but **** the Spanos family for killing the enthusiasm, I get it). With the TEN & LAR last-minute W, you control your fate with LV next week, win and you're in. Would be amazing to see KC-LAC 2002 Chapter 3 in Week 1 of the playoffs. As we can watch & dream about an offseason where our biggest missing piece is there for the taking to vault us to compete with Herbert & Co. / Mahomes & co.
