The fact that Rodgers restructured his contract is the only reason they were able to get under the cap. Quit talking out your *** about something you clearly don't know anything about. Rodgers isn't even a top-3 highest paid QB in the NFL this season.

Again, they still couldn't afford those players because of his contract.

You can't blame the player for wanting to get paid what he's worth, right?

You don't determine that. Teams do. He's the best in the game.

Look at what Chris Godwin and Mike Williams got paid and tell me Davante Adams is worth twice that.

No, they couldn't afford those players because their cap got crunched because of COVID. Quit blaming one player for the team's cap problems. It's ridiculous.

Those teams you mentioned have done a better job developing the talent on their team and managing their cap so they're not in the cap hell GB is.

Rodgers had 2 choices, 1) get paid an average of $50M/year B) Win a championship

He is gonna do one of those in GB, not both.

He's not getting paid over $40 million a year until 2025, dingus.

Average salary wise, he's not close to double. The "cap hit" aspect of these always get changed with cap wizardry.

But if you're asking if he's worth twice as much as Mike Williams, yes.

Definitely bought high while rags sold high. For all the criticism he caught earlier, the man showed why he's the reigning champ.

Green Bay just cleared $20 million in cap space and got another 1st round pick. Would be shocking if they didn't pick up another receiver in the first two rounds this year. Rodgers will be more than fine.

I dont have a crystal ball.  And if anything, I think you can expect full-on FU mode Rodgers out solely to prove he doesn't need Davante.

He absolutely is not, but if you want to look at AAV, Rodgers is getting paid closer to Josh Allen than Davante Adams is to Keenan Allen. But nobody crying that Josh Allen's greed is hurting his team's salary cap.
