He's young and likely just needs some more experience before he has another shot at being a HC. Management in Miami sabotaged their season in 2020 by forcing him to sit Fitzpatrick who was having a career year. I figured Zimmer would just retire. Oh well. I want an offensive minded coach, and if we get an offer for Cousins, I think we should seriously consider moving him.
