Ive seen a severe lack of tackling in the defense the last few years, besides Berry. I don't think we practice tackling under Reid.

I think too many of our defenders have also been rewarded in game for their poor tackling technique. DJ has never really been a traditional wrap up tackler and it's led to pro-bowls and all-pros for him. Peters and the secondary have gotten a few game changing strips in their attempts to stand a guy up and rip at the ball instead of getting them to the ground. Bad habits have been rewarded with results. Doesn't help.

Chiefs DT Roy Miller was arrested on a domestic battery charge Saturday morning in Duval County, Fla.

Miller was booked at approximately 4:50 AM, but there aren't any other details. The Chiefs are on their bye week, and Miller is spending it back home in Florida. Miller has played 77 rotational snaps on the defensive line.

Adios

Chiefs released DT Roy Miller.

Miller was recently arrested on a domestic battery charge. He appeared in seven games for Kansas City, operating as a lightly-used rotational run stopper.
