Late firsts are really valuable. Trash teams looking for talent? Valuable. Teams with a lot of good young players in their rotation? Not as valuable. And then a team used that FRP to select a guy with a "5th round NFL value." aka---a rotational player. You might get very lucky and get a starter that late, but it's extremely rare to land a high-end contributor that late.
