I don’t agree with the narrative that Scott Turner is an awful OC/coach. I think he should’ve had Rivera strive to go better at QB rather than settling for Fitzpatrick, Heinicke & Kyle Allen but Turner mostly does a good job calling the game and he’s done a good job developing Heinicke & Scott Turner into back 1/4 of the league starters or good back ups. Yeah, I think you took that way farther than it really was. It was like 2 weeks ago, he tweeted and deleted a picture. I am almost 100% confident it had nothing to do with him being interviewed for the HC job. I'll eat those words if so, but I doubt it. I think I’ve always had a soft spot for them dating back to the Corey Dillon days and also Rudy Johnson. Just a likable franchise.
