I’d be pleasantly surprised if he’s not hired as a HC this winter. I think it is a couple things, and this is me guessing some outcomes here... I think the Bills this postseason: a. Make a deep run b. dont win it all I think this keeps Daboll in Buffalo for two reasons: 1. He wants to run it back and try and win with Josh 2. I wouldn’t be surprised if Schoen goes through the process with other candidates but has some back door conversations with Daboll if the Bills keep winning.
