I’m wondering what they decide on doing with James, do we keep him or let him go and slide Parham to C. If so we’ll need two OGs, wouldn’t mind a stud and competition for Bars. Also need an upgrade at RT. Metrics really support how Eleumunor has been playing. He's not a world beater but he's a serviceable right tackle. Obviously if the staff thinks Munford is ready to slide in at guard/right tackle, that's also fine. OG for sure needs an upgrade. I think Parham will be a big upgrade over James at center. The interior is soft and beefing things up inside will do wonders for the offense.

Arguably the best player in the secondary. Safeties play well into their 30s. He should be a 2 year+ guy and won't be too expensive. Would like Perryman/Ya-sin back, but depends on price. Ya-sin's injury will actually help a lot in driving his price down/resigning. Would like Eleumunor back, but depends on price. He's actually been pretty good. Jacobs is dependent on how the year finishes, how much he'll cost. Would love to keep him, but seeing stevenson go for 9 a carry behind the pats amazing OL makes me wonder as well. on a good defense Harmon is a solid vet to have as depth and 3rd safety. He is okay starter, but he can be upgraded. There could be a drop at any point too. I hope we can bring him back as a 3rd safety I would like Perryman back on 2-3 year deal. Dude has been a leader and plays with fire. He showed he is a baller regardless of system. Hopefully we can get him on a fair deal Ya Sin is a good starting corner in my eyes. He isn't all pro but he is solid. Another guy I would like on a fair deal Jacobs- I want the man back... It going cost but he's a franchise player in my eyes. sign him to a 3-4 year deal, that would take him throughout his prime. He will go down as an all time Raider great. Elumunor- he's been solid after a brutal start. He's can upgraded for sure, but his doesn't get burned much. The OL has been playing better football. I notice a few errors here and there from him, but that's with most OL. I would prefer him back as a swing tackle. My mind thinks he sucks because his brutal start. However, he's been able to hold it down. I wouldn't be opposed to a fair deal for him. I also wouldn't mind brining back Jaylon Brown for cheap. He has range and isn't bad. I like him as a depth piece. Good defenses have depth pieces like Brown, Billings, Harmon. our defense has had to start all them
RaiderX
Yea the struggles of the OLine have been a bit exaggerated. Guys have been shuffled and Miller has a down year, but they've held their own. Carr has his moments where he holds onto the ball to long and then there's coverage sacks. By no means are they elite, but the constant bickering of how "Terrible" they are as opposed to a lof of other far worse OLines should stop. Look forward to them getting better and stronger in the offseason.
Humble_Beast
with all the injuries to the LBs, I wish we would sign a couple LBs from teams practice squads. Maybe we could land a gem who sticks long term.

G
I'm adding a starter in FA on the Oline hopefully RT and drafting two more on the Oline. Doesn't matter who our QB is in 23 we need to prepare for 24 by getting the 22 problems fixed. Going with Stidham and might draft a QB in 4th but hoping Brady likes our draft and FA and unretires is our only hope so fix Oline and bolster the Defense.
