From what I have read and seen, Mike Mc Glinchey. is the best Offensive tackle in college football. He would be a great pick, a player who could be our left tackle for 10 to 12 years like Marvin Powell & D'Brickashow Ferguson was.

As long as this mock doesn’t have Kirk Cousins QBing for 200 mill then I like it.

Facyson is garbage he's not worth a 5th round pick, and this is from someone who goes to VT.

Obviously so much is going to change but If I had to throw one out there.  Figure we will pick around 9-10.

1st - Lamar Jackson (just want him so bad in a Jets uniform, hope Darnold declares so Jackson falls)

2nd - Roquon Smith (explosive ILB speed excellent coverage ability.  With Wilk rounding back into form I can now see a future DL of Ealy, Simon or another NT type anchor, Williams, Wilk with two lightning fast ILB's Lee/Smith who biltz happy Bowles can move all over the field.

2nd from SEA - Frank Ragnow (Mauling C who can move people in the run game.  He'll help get the ground game back on track to take pressure off Jackson)

3rd - Jaire Alexander (super athletic cover CB who can take over in the slot for future cut Skrine.  His quickness will help him stay close to shifty slot WR's, may be a draft riser because he's been so good but for now lets hope he's here.  Since we are a full time nickel defense a slot upgrade is a necessity)

4th - Martez Carter (Heard a comparison for him as a bigger stronger Tarik Cohen.  He is fast and explosive but has some strength to run between the tackles.  Would form a nice duo for the future with McGuire.  Both can run and catch so the versatility is very nice.

After this probably OT next and DE for depth, maybe TE as well.

Quick summary of off-season before I get into the mock.

In Free Agency, they mostly focus on taking care of their own (Enunwa, ASJ, Ealy, Claiborne, Catanzaro, etc) and bring back McCown on a 1 year deal. They decide not to cut Wilkerson but let go of Forte and Skrine.

Other Free Agent signings: Dontari Poe NT

1: CLE selects Josh Rosen, QB;  2: SF selects Saquon Barkley, RB  3: NYG selects Sam Darnold, QB  4: TB selects Bradley Chubb, DE;  5: IND selects Mike McGlinchey, OT; 6: LAC selects Lamar Jackson, QB; 7: CHI selects Calvin Ridley, WR; 8: CLE via HOU selects Arden Tate, WR

Jets trade 1(9) to Oakland for 1(14) and 3rd RD pick.

9: OAK selects Minkah Fitzpatrick, S; 10: CIN selects Derwin James, S; DEN selects Da'Ron Payne, DT; BAL selects Arden Key, Edge

1st Rd (via OAK): Baker Mayfield, QB, Oklahoma

2nd Rd: Billy Price, C, Ohio State

2nd Rd (via SEA): Jamarco Jones, OT, Ohio State

3rd Rd: Sony Michel, RB, Georgia

3rd Rd (via OAK): Porter Gustin, OLB, USC

4-7: Some combo of ILB, CB, DE, WR

I'd have a hard time passing on Harold Landry there

I'd be very happy if we could trade down and land Mayfield but to be honest I think I'd be afraid of someone jumping us and would ultimately take him at our pick. I think the Giants and Chargers are interesting spots because those picks could go QB or trade out. I think the Giants leaking that they are looking at QBs is a partial smoke screen trying to get a team to jump them for a QB that way someone like Barkley falls to them.
