He graduated from same HS as me and is like 2 or 3 years younger. I think my dad may have coached him in middle school. He played LB at Nebraska and in pros for awhile. Those guys were part of what George loved about Pace. He loved the way Halas Hall ran. They probably kept the nutritionist too I bet. I am curious how many vet bigger money guys would rather follow their own system and diet and how much it conflicts with team hired guy's program and ideas.
