TheRealMcCoy
Congrats to Doug. He wouldn’t have been my first choice for you guys, but at least he’s a great guy and players coach unlike Urban who was never cut out to coach grown men. I just hope they put the right guys around him like we did with Schwartz and Reich. Not sure you guys can land a better OC than Reich, but if Fangio joins on that’s an upgrade to what he had with Schwartz.

.Buzz
I had 1) Caldwell 2) Pederson 3) Byron from the rip. How we got here was less than ideal and hinders a bit of the excitement, but ultimately I’m happy we ended up with one of them. The staff should be interesting. I hope we don’t try to micro-manage him like Philly did on his hires and let him do his thing.
Adrenaline_Flux
results oriented this is great but the journey to this point was obviously a trainwreck. that said, if the result is winning games, nobody will care about how we got here

Stout was a Chip holdover, two got along but not sure that'd be the first place he looked. I'd expect a lot of Andy guys to help build up his coaching staff. Anyone he knows personally. Kinda his MO a quick look at some guys Matt Nagy - OC? two are close and worked together a lot.John DeFilippo - QB coach / Passing game coordinator? Free from the BearsPress Taylor - QB coach / Passing game coordinator? Doug's love for Press was one of the reason's he got fired, I'd expect him to get a role somewhere down there G. J. Kinne - Doubtful, just got a HC gig in college. But it's D2, maybe he'd make the jump for a QB coach gigMike Bartrum - TE coach?Juan Castillo - Was the OL coach when Doug played for the Eagles and they were on the staff together from 09-12 in Philly too.Eugene Chung - Maybe comes back to coaching, seemed prime for his on head OL gig and got derailed. Al Harris - DC? played with Doug and coached with him. Was with Andy a bunch of years and then did well this past year in Dallas.Dino Vasso - DBs? Not a super sexy list, but Doug is loyal to a fault and will want to get guys a job.
