mar29020
I'm starting to lean towards Rose, thoughts?
MKnight82
Rose kicks his FG way too low. Hopkins all day every day.
lavar703
Rose is the better kicker. Rose also kicks the ball very low which is going to result in more and more blocks. For this reason alone you have to go back to Hopkins.

Doc Draper
Hopkins for the reasons stated above but he has a good chance of sticking in nfl if he can get his kicks up faster. Or maybe he can play OG ?

That's a mechanic thing, and it's really hard to change the muscle memory. You certainly wouldn't do it during the season, that's for sure. The good news for Rose is that he is now on the list of "kickers you can reasonably sign off the street." He's shown he can kick in live games when it matters. While they aren't pretty, they do go between the uprights and his kickoffs generally go in the endzone (10 of 14 are touchbacks). That's good enough to have a job in the NFL as a place kicker. turtle28
Hopkins, and it's not close. Rose isn't bad but I don't think he's as reliable as Hopkins.

Woz
Note that the Redskins were 3rd when Hopkins played all 16 games last year in touchback percentage. We've dropped down the rankings due to Rose.
