Zac Taylor extended through 2026.  Hard to argue against it, but it still feels like we had success this year despite him at times.  Conservative play calling may have cost us 2-3 games.  However, hard to argue with the culture he's built here, even before Burrow all the young guys in the locker room loved him.  The only pushback he got was from the veteran holdovers from the Marvin era.

I agree. he isn't perfect. But what he has built in that locker room is special. I am not 100% how it works as far as play calling (especially in red zone), but they need to learn from the mistakes this year and should be ok. We were way too obvious with certain play calls. I saw that we also extended our coordinators per twitter.

The two things I really like about him are the culture he's created and that he absolutely is willing to take a look at himself and work on his shortcomings. I think he's more aware of his challenges than most coaches show and that's really refreshing.

I agree. After the SF game and taking the ball out of Joe's hands, he clearly let Joe cook after that. But throughout the year they did continue the same trends that were unsuccessful including running the ball on 2nd and long for no gain. But it's a long offseason to look at and get better for next year. Excited what the future holds

Safety is definitely a need this offseason. We need a backup but also a future plan for Bell. This is also assuming Bates gets a long term deal

I'm guessing we'll add a day three safety.  Brandon Wilson will be back, Trayvon Henderson has been around a few years and they seem to like Michael Thomas, but some youth in the depth chart is good.
