3-Round 3 LB/3 WR Mock A Lot

I figured it was about time to take a shot at a new mock.  Tear it up!

Re-Sign

S Tracy Walker-A good starting safety that we developed in-house

K Riley Patterson-stabilized our kicking game and will continue to do so

TE Brock Wright-Flashed enough to be a #2/3 TE

LS Scott Daly-Solid long-snapper

RB Godwin Igwebuike-Dude has some juice if he can resolve his ball control issues.

CB Mark Gilbert-Still developing and worth keeping

C/G Evan Brown-Played really well while replacing Frank Ragnow

G Tommy Kramer-Lets us move on from Big H and save some money

WR Josh Reynolds-Should still be relatively inexpensive

Note:  Charles Harris gets an offer from another team that isn’t worth matching

Outside Free Agents

LB Foyesade Oluokun-A very under-the-radar FA.  Everything we needed Anzalone and Reeves-Maybin to be

Edge/LB Hassan Reddick-A versatile edge/LB who can get to the QB and play the run well.  Probably an upgrade from Charles Harris

WR Russel Gage-A solid complimentary WR with good speed

Tennessee trades #57 and a 2023 1st for pick 32-Takes WR Jameson Williams

Draft

Rd 1, Pick 2- Edge Aidan Hutchinson:  Best player available

Rd 2 Pick 34 – WR Jahan Dotson:  A skilled deep-threat who will make life a whole lot easer for our RBs and TEs

Rd 2 Pick 57 – LB Damone Clark:  Flying under the radar a little bit but will a starter very early

Rd 3 Pick 66 – WR Alec Pierce:  A skilled WR with good size and speed

Rd 3 Compensatory – OT Myron Cunningham:  A solid RT prospect that will eventually allow Penei Sewell to move to LT

Thoughts?

I feel like that is a lot of resources spent on LB, which I am not sure is worth it with there typically being 2 LBs or less on the field.  I think Barnes still has potential as well.  I do like Clarke, and Oluokin fits this team well so I am fine with those two.  Then maybe spend the money from Riddick on a better WR or S.  I also would like to see a S drafted in the first three rounds.
