I'm not sure that there's a guarantee that the cure would work if he's already turned and there is apparently a period of incubation. I'd assume that incubation period exists to be cured. Perhaps the antidote is also a false flag. Granted, it could be legitimate, but I'd say you should USE IT on Sanchez to find out.
