Haha21
2022 Mock Draft Free Agency Will Fuller (1-year) – GB had interest in the past and would offer Fuller a good place to rehabilitate his value. Deep threat to replace MVS. Injuries have been a issue. Draft 1st Round (22th overall) – George Karlaftis EDGE Purdue 6-4 266 lbs Getting pressure on the QB is one of the biggest keys to having a strong defense. The ability to apply pressure up front makes everyone’s job easier. Our pass rush has been at its best when there’s been solid depth and rotation at EDGE. Za’Darius Smith is gone and depth is needed behind Preston Smith and Rashan Gary. Karlaftis fits the size mold that GB looks for in their EDGE rushers. Karlaftis possesses good but not great bend and has wide array of pass rush moves. He is very explosive as evidenced by his performance in the broad and vertical jump. His hands are very powerful and he uses them effectively to reduce the distance to the QB. Another bonus is his age, as he turns 21 in April. 1st Round (29th Overall) – George Pickens WR Georgia 6-3 195 lbs Pickens has the length and speed that GB looks for in their WR. He runs a full route tree and impressive agility getting in and out of his breaks. Very strong hands and doesn’t catch the ball with his body. Tore his ACL in spring 2021 but came back and played later in the season. Before tearing his ACL Pickens was in the discussion for top WR in this class. Medicals will be crucial with him but if the Packers feel comfortable with him the upside with this kid is through the roof. 2nd Round (53rd Overall f/Raiders) – Sean Rhyan OG UCLA 6-5 321 lbs I believe that once Jenkins returns from his ACL that RT will be his new home on the offensive line. With his injury occurring late in the season, we shouldn’t expect Jenkins back unit mid-season at the earliest. This leaves the right side of the line vulnerable. Rhyan played tackle at UCLA but is better suited inside in the pros. While Newman progressed as the season went along, Rhyan would be an immediate upgrade at RG while allowing Newman to go into a swing role. *Trade* Packers Receive: 55th Overall Pick Cardinals Receive: 59th & 140th Overall Picks 2nd Round (55th Overall f/Cardinals) – Jalen Pitre S Baylor 5-11 198 lbs Swiss army knife that can do just about everything in the secondary. Pitre is a play making machine that is a force in run game and passing game. Last season he had 18.5 TFL, 3 FF, 3.5 sacks, 2 INTs, and 7 pass breakups. Third safety/nickel that plays close to the line this coming season and offers us insurance if Savage has another down year. 3rd Round (92nd Overall) -- Cade Otton TE University of Washington 6-5 247 lbs TE in the third round sound familiar? Otton is your traditional TE that isn’t special in any one area but can do most things pretty well. He is a good blocking TE and is a natural hands catcher. Not overly explosive but he is smooth and does a good job a finding space in zone. Heir apparent to Tonyan. 4th Round (132nd Overall) – Romeo Doubs WR Nevada 6-2 201 lbs Good size and speed prospect that completes revamping of WR room. Doubs was one of the best WR in the MW the past two seasons, posting back-to-back 1,000 yard seasons in the MAC. Decent route runner an area he could improve on. 5th Round (171st Overall) -- Eyioma Uwazurike DE Iowa State 6-6 313 lbs Line depth. This past season Uwazurike had 12 TFL with 9 sacks. Has great length and size but he is very raw as a pass rusher. Will need time to develop. 7th Round (228th Overall) – Vederian Lowe OT Illinois 6-5 314 lbs Developmental OT that meets a couple athletic threshold that the Packers value in their lineman. Possesses great length. Has a lot of tools for Butkus to work with. 7th Round (249th Overall) – Chance Campbell ILB Ole Miss 6-2 232 lbs ILB Depth and ST. 7th Round (258th Overall) – Jerrion Ealy RB Ole Miss 5-8 189 lbs Scatback with return ability that this team needs.
pacman5252
I really like this scenario. You take care of needs and get depth. My only thoughts- is Rhyan a plug and play upgrade at G/do we know gb doesn’t want Newman to start yr 2? I do think we could have used an upgrade last year but from a development standpoint it’s weird to start someone over vets all yr and then replace him with a 2. I feel kind of similar with the entire ol. You can argue we’re fine at starter everywhere (including tackle with Jenkins out because of Yosh). I could see us burning a high pick to “solidify” everything, as well as just do the R4 dart throws again
AlexGreen#20
I really like Pickens. Just not at 28/
Sandy
This mock is definitely steeped in realism. Fuller makes sense as a low cost free agent with big upside. Between him and Doubs we find someone who can replace MVS's role. I really hope Karlaftis is there at 22. He might be my current "plan a". With so many good players in that range it's a real possibility he's there, especially in a draft so deep at edge rusher, and he just fits with what we want in an edge rusher so well. Despite what some might say I think Pickens makes a ton of sense in late round one. If we want him then we shouldn't risk trading back to get him. He's a natural fit to fill the Adams role in the offense (although he obviously won't fill the shoes right away - no one will). I think o-line and S are big depth needs. Bringing in a second rounder to compete makes a lot of sense in that interior. Even if he doesn't win a spot in the starting 5, he's good injury insurance. Pitre is a great depth fit now, and I have a feeling this is our last season with the Amos/Savage combo. Throw in those projects, special teamers and depth options and this is an offseason id be pleased with.
Mr. Fussnputz
My favorite so far! Thanks! Do you think Newman could slide over and play right tackle until Jenkins returns?

Agreed best Mock so far. I definitely do not think Newman can play outside. I think you have Yosh out there right now.
Leader
Karlaftis / Pickens would work fine for me.
jleisher
Very nicely done, I could live with this if happened. Thanks!
NFLGURU
Like it. I think Fuller becomes a real option as time passes. I'm on the fence with him, but could see it happening. I like Otten, he'd be good insurance for Tonyan.
ThatJerkDave
I like everything but Will Fuller. Why do we trade up 4 spots to grab Pitre? Is there a team that we need to jump to get him?
Brat&Beer
I'm okay with Fuller as long as it's an incentive- heavy contract with a low base/bonus.

I think he could given he played there his last year in college but I think I would prefer Nijman.
