SteelKing728
He's a really cool guy. He goes to see the kids in the hospitals here in Pittsburgh and is known for riding around with his skateboard. As for being a good QB...well....

HoboRocket
Not making room for Watson, I see.
TheKillerNacho
Not sure we need a thread about QB4s in NFL News. But I see there isn't a thread about it on the Browns subforum yet, so I moved it there for those who want to discuss this.
AkronsWitness
Browns QB room now with 3 QBs of color. Seems pretty important considering only 17% of QBs are black.
Deadpulse
gross now I am following a thread in the Browns sub?
ReggieCamp
Maybe a gadget guy. Emergency #3 QB otherwise. Random idea: teach him how to be the holder for kicks. Always keep that shred of doubt about the fake. For real, I miss the days of having a QB be the holder. I know why it doesn't happen, but in a league where the difference between winning and losing is so razor thin, I'd try all these kinds of things (like having Dobbs as our holder). Plus, evidently our new punter is kinda bad at holding. Win win haha.

I don’t know if he can hold but our new punter sucks at it and this could open up other options or at least make other STs have to game plan for it. MSURacerDT55
Outside of intel this really doesn't make sense, I would have rather had Mullens.

LETSGOBROWNIES
I think it’s 50/50 at best he makes the 53. Maybe while Watson is suspended, but after that I’d be surprised. This is a nothing signing imo.
NateDawg
Yeah he’s competition to be our #3. Let’s not overthink the signing here or him actually having a role.

Thomas5737
59 minutes ago, ReggieCamp said: You sure? Pretty much identical to Watson. Both had a 55 (C) combine grade. Watson has longer arms and bigger hands. Watson had poor velocity but Dobbs didn't throw. By comparison, Mayfield was at 32 (F) Also Tom Brady was a 12 (F) Josh Allen was a 58. Either way, if Dobbs is playing something went horribly wrong.
