I started a consensus mock draft. If you want to give any input for your team, then get moving. It would be greatly appreciated.

I also added a poll to gauge what the fanbase sees as.

Thanks!

Round 1 & 2 we should go WR  MLB or CB. Later rounds we should go BPA

Only caveat for me would be if Neal or Ekwonu were there.  I do miss Trent!  Thankful for how well Leno has done, but I feel like we got lucky...and with that JA in charge, I dont know that luck will stay on our side.

Hopefully, Washington trades down from 11 in the real draft.

Having said that....

As much as I like both Stingley & Hamilton as prospects.

If I were forced to pick at 11. I would draft WR Treyvon Burks out of Arkansas.

Our need for a #2 WR is greater than a FS or CB, imo.

I also believe, he will be the best WR of the "big" 5 projected in the 1st Rd.

It does make me nervous because of the bust potential of WR's in the 1st Rd.

But to add another weapon along side Terry Mcclaurin would be a welcome addition & truly help Carson Wentz be successful as well.

But there's also another reason: What if Washington screws up the contract status of Scary Terry?

You know? Just like they did with Kirk Cousins & so many others before him?

Imo, WR Treyvon Burks is more than a #2 WR for us.

He's an Insurance policy.

Would you guys go Hamilton if he was there?

The Board is pretty split on the topic but I would.I'd Guess if there is no trade in real life Hamilton or a WR at 11 is the most likely outcome. MLB is the Biggest need but don't see the Front office drafting one at 11.

I agree...

I do think LB Devin Lloyd is a target, but not at 11.

If we do happen to trade down into the late teens or 20's?

I could see him being a possibility.

I guess if we did that the goal would be to play Neal or Ekwonu at RT as rookies? And then move Cosmi to RG?? Leno is our LT for at least this year & possibly 2 or more years. Taking an OL in round 1 or 2 is one of the greatest luxury picks this team could make early in the draft IMO along with QB, DE, DT, RB. I know many don’t agree but those positions are just off my board in round 1 & 2.

I would not put anything past Rivera when it comes to drafting a LB. I can certainly see him taking Devin Lloyd at 11.

I agree...He loves his LBers (and being a former LBer as well & JDR also)

Drafting Lloyd at #11 makes me nervous. Because I think Rivera would do it.

Don't get me wrong. Lloyd is a very good player & a huge need. But I think he can be had later.

I see your point in that.  Depending on who it was, I think we could look at the shuffle in different ways.  Evan Neal played quite a bit of guard in college and said he will play wherever.  Just thinking about how nice it would be to have a huge piece the second half of the season when it seems like we are rolling out a different OL every week due to injury.  It is a luxury, but the BPA temptation is there as they would still play a significant role.  QB, DE, DT, and RB would be different, as I dont think they would get on the field, other than rotationally.  An LT would essentially have to be better than Schweitzer to get be on the field full time.  And in a couple of years, we have our franchise LT.

Or a Kyle Hamilton + Round 2 Chad Muma/Troy Andersen to go ALL in on defense.

I’d be fine with it. As I’ve pointed out before we can sign a FA WR after the draft if they feel they need an upgrade over Dyami or Cam as the #3 WR.
