Been playing it forever...seriously... forever. 😁 Anyways, my buddy has updated rosters currently with Wentz, etc. 1)The Wentz addition helped some because he's got a pretty good arm to stretch the field. So he will probably do. If we do draft a QB, hopefully it's someone with arm strength at least around 89/90. Heinike doesn't cut it for me, unfortunately. 2)Gibson is a beast. I usually lose, when he's injured. I'm more run oriented in my offense, so when he's out, that hurts. McKissic is a good 3rd down back for me, but not great. Haven't utilized Patterson much at all. So I really don't know how good he is in the game. 3)WR's are pretty good. Would like a #2 WR, so I can move Curtis Samuels in the Slot & have D. Brown as my #4. But it will work for now. 4)O-Line is actually not too bad with the updates of Norwell & no Scherff. Right side is a little weak, so adding Flowers or getting another guard would help. Cosmic is still growing. He's too young & growing for me to bench him, but not good enough for me to be not concerned about that right side. 5)DL is still awesome. Even without Settles & the Greek. 6)LB's needs help. Specially LOLB. Jamin Davis is really good at MLB & Coke Holcomb is a stud. But definitely need help at that LOLB. 7)Secondary is pretty weak. Not gonna lie. FULLER Is good, but get burned if matched up against speed. He's got a 90 in speed I believe. But when he's covering T. Hill or a blazing fast WR, he can't handle that too often. Willie Jackson sucks in Madden, like real life. ST-Juste only has a 70 I've, but he's a stud. Always making plays, getting picks. He progresses well. Cam Kurl is good, but I use him as my FS, even though he lacks the overall speed with just 86. Point blank...we need a FS. So I'm hoping for Kyle Hamilton at #11 regarding Madden Franchise. Probably the best in real life as well. We're truly weak on that back end. Be nice to land a Tackle or Guard that could start in Franchise. Possibly Cross or someone better than Cosmi for RT. So Cosmi could backup both Tackle spots. #2 WR would be a luxury pick & make the offense more lethal, but it's not really necessary. But the biggest need on the team in Franchise mode? Is probably LOLB Be nice to run a 4-3 with no weaknesses on the field. I'm basically running Nickel, with Davis & Holcomb as my LB's. It works! But just be nice to switch to 4-3 from time to time. I run it sometimes still, but don't like doing it. So... Draft Hamilton (so I can keep Cam Curl at SS) LOLB... maybe Devin Lloyd? Don't know #2 WR...the obvious big 5 in the 1st perhaps RT/RG... Lol Do you know what his speed is, by any chance. Terry has a 94, I believe. Samuels is like 95 or something. Is Jameson in that same category? QB Sam Howell is a stud, btw. Absolute MONEY! Very accurate & pretty good arm.very mobile. It was an awesome pick in the 5th round. He has a hidden development trait. Added Jahan Dotson as well. Not a big guy, but very quick. Also hidden development trait Added DT Mathis-nothing special about him. Added Brian Robinson. Didn't use him, but he has a hidden Development trait, also. Percy Butler was not in the draft class we had. Not sure why...Louisiana, Lafayette is a small school so that might be why. I'm sure there is a draft class out there with him, in it. His speed should be at least a 96, btw as a FS. Can't wait to use him in next Madden. Dude ran a 4.36-437 40 yard dash. TE Cole is in the game, but they had him at 6'2" 240 lbs.
