Louis Friend
Lions go into day two with the #46 and #97 picks. Who are you looking at?
LionArkie
I hate putting this many WR down, but I'd still like one more. I really, really want the LB addressed though. Safety too, but I think that is in a little better shape (not much) than the LB spot. I think this is the one thing I don't like about the trade to 12. I liked Cine alot and thought we could have shored up safety and LB with those spots. But I understand not passing up on arguably the best WR (minus the ACL tear) in the draft. For 46 doubt he's there, but... Nakobe Dean George Pickens Jaquan Brisker Might be there David Ojabo - Do we want another injured player? Chad Muma Skyy Moore Perrion Winfrey Christian Harris Travis Jones 3rd round Nick Cross John Metchie Troy Anderson Jeremy Ruckert Justyn Ross Desmond Ridder - if he falls this far...very doubtful. Just Want A Title
When Round 1 ended last night, I thought we should focus on Safety and LB. Jaquan Brisker or Jalen Pitre would look really good in our defense and will definitely be there at #46. Every LB we could want will probably still be there at #46 but I am not sure if the value makes sense. It will be tougher to get a good LB prospect at #97 that it would have been if we were still picking at #66 but off-the-ball LBs tend to fall. The real wild-card for me are the QBs. With Malik Willis, Desmond Ridder and Sam Howell all being available, taking one of them might make sense. Ridder probably won't last until #46 but if Desmond Ridder and Sam Howell are still there, the pick could be really interesting. All of that being said, having only a late 3rd round pick and no 4th round picks is not ideal. I could see Brad Holmes trading back in the second if he could get an earlier pick in the 3rd round or maybe a couple of 4th round picks. Pitre is more of a slot corner but I do love him!! I think LB or trade down. get an extra pick so when we get a RB in the 5th we aren't mad lol

Just Want A Title
I could see them drafting LB Damone Clark at #97. He won't be a factor this year but he will make a huge impact when he does hit the field.

Troy Anderson might be in play at #46 but that is a bit high. Still, he has serious athletic ability and has been unbelievably versatile.

Superduperman
I would hope if Dean falls past 40, the Lions might consider another small move up. I think Brisker has a great chance to be there at 46. Chad Muma too. On the other hand, you could start trading down at this point and target guys like Asamoah, Damone, Kerby Joseph, Nick Cross, or guys we haven't even focused on but Holmes has on his radar.

Louis Friend
Wouldn't mind a trade back at #46. Something like #46 for #60 & #91 from the Bucs. #60- Kerby Joseph, S #91- Justyn Ross, WR #97- Channing Tindall, LB
Just Want A Title
Kansas City or Green Bay seem to the most likely trade-up candidates. It would kind of crazy to pull off draft day trades with Minnesota and Green bay.
