J-ALL-DAY Posted May 25, 2022 Share Posted May 25, 2022 Welp, that sucked...............But Kerr legit in the first half had a line up with both rookies in the game and while those two were the main cogs in the 4th quarter comeback, that was still a curious move. This was another game where Poole was picking up fouls left and right anytime they went at him. Dude can be a bad defender, but be somewhat competent please. Then offensively he put no pressure on the defense and was just settling all game. He has not ended one series on a good note so I hope that changes in game 5. Like I mentioned yesterday, this team just can't close teams out on the first opportunity. Up 3-0 vs the Nuggets and they lose game 4 and almost lose game 5....Up 3-1 vs the Grizzlies and they lose game 5 and almost lose game 6...Up 3-0 vs the Mavs and they lose game 5 and..............Basically it is a given that game 5 will be coming down to the wire and the Mavs will at least have a chance to pull it off. Another thing, but Moody needs to be more aggressive looking to score when he gets inside the paint. His first instinct is to pass but he needs to just take that little floater that he always passes up. You don't have to tell Kuminga to look for his own shot as that man is a HUNGRY scorer lol. No one cares if Bullock gets the ball and has to make a play.
