It's actually tactical if you think about it, in many places it's illegal to not throw the carp back after you've caught it!

Sure, let that ecosystem exist, but don’t go diving headfirst into it either.

Some communities consider us here a cesspool too for being self righteous and the collective circle jerk this forum has for established members vs a newer crowd. Which I’ve seen quite a bit. Newbies are absolutely not welcomed here lol

The last time we signed a guy from SF who had a history of domestic violence that didn't go so well

I cannot. It seems to be fairly common place for some of these folks. I can tell you if we weren't married or had kids that relationship would be 100% over second she dialed that phone. it better be worth it to her. I have never been in that situation myself, but I have witnessed it a few times in my youth. Luckily I never dated crazy and I married well. Every time I saw it happen to others the girl was swinging wild and being violent and the guy reacted to that by shoving her down. Then the girl called police when he did. This was before automatic arrest rules and a lot of times police parced it out and didn't arrest anyone. Now police in most places are compelled to make an arrest regardless of facts. And it is usually the guy.
Ty21
First time looking at the projected free agent list in a while and dear god this is an insanely stacked group. We could fix the entire line without drafting a single player. RB, OL, DL, and DB are actually crazy. That is, until teams start resigning players.

My last day before leaving my ex wife officially she assaulted me and I had to get police involved because I wasn’t going to do anything to defend myself and doom my future. To that point I’d never had to call police before for any reason my entire life and haven’t since.

My larger point is that it is weird to me that is some people's relationship. I can't picture being in a relationship that volatile. Not good for your health. Or your career. Or your freedom. Run. I believe that in a lot of these cases what you find is that the people involved in these relationships stay in them because they have normalized the behavior. In essence, this is what they are use to. Additionally, in a lot of cases, people accept the love or attention that they think that they deserve. People learn to live in chaos and find it hard to function without it. It's pretty sad actually.

That really hot girl with the wild side may seem like she is worth the trouble, but she is definitely not. Unfortunately young guys mostly have to learn hard way, hopefully they learn and escape without too much damage done.

As a younger fella, I found myself in a few "spicy" relationships with hot girls. Reflectively, it was 100% not worth the trouble. To be clear, I have never struck or shoved a woman as I prefer to just remove myself from those situations.
