If he was like 6'3", he's easily a top 10 pick.

He's such a heady player, I don't really see anyway that he's not at least a high end backup PG. I think his ceiling is Darius Garland and his floor is Tyus Jones.

Some of my random thoughts:

• I love the Rockets haul, this would really be a best case scenario for them on draft night. Adding Holmgren and Dieng are two of the most unique prospects in this years draft and fit well with Jalen Green. Washington at 26 is a steal and could be their long term answer at PG next to Jalen Green.

• This is a great scenario for the Spurs too adding Duren, Williams, LaRavia, and Wesley. With Williams and LaRavia they'd be adding two versatile wings that were multi year college players and should be able to contribute early on. Duren's raw but he has the upside to be a better version of Robert Williams and Wesley is a steal in the second round as a young scoring wing they can develop.

Terrible pick for the Lakers.  But on a real note, it seems that the Lakers are probably going to be in the market to buy a SRP.  Who should the Lakers target and why? @beekay414 and @NYRaider

If Dalen Terry or Wendell Moore slip to the second round either one would be a good pick. Both are big wings with length, playmaking ability, and defensive versatility. If they're looking for someone to develop Peyton Watson and Josh Minnott both have a ton of upside but they're a couple of years away.

benny isn't falling to 14th imo

Not likely but that's just how the board fell with the alternating picks. If I were NYR, I would've taken him at 13 over Mark Williams since the Cavs aren't a threat to draft a C with the 14th pick. Could see him going anywhere from 5 to 14 though. Had I taken Chet at #2 over Ivey, I would've taken Mathurin at 12. If I felt like the Wizards would draft another wing, I would've also taken him at #10.

Draft after the top 4 is wide open so it's hard to tell where guys will land.
