Scoot will likely be the 2nd player off the board next summer. This draft cycle is going to be a little different because a lot of the top guys (Vic, Scoot, Thompson twins) aren't playing college basketball.

It'll be curious to see if any of the 5 star Freshmen push their way into the conversation with a dominant season in NCAA play

I think Dariq Whitehead, Cam Whitmore, and Nick Smith will all be in the conversation at the top of the draft.

Does Kansas really have two players named Gradey ****?

As for the draft, it will be an interesting year given so many expected near the top are in OTE, G League, overseas, or now injured. I just hope the Pistons are able to get one of the athletic wings like one of the Thompsons, Dillon Mitchell, George, or Whitmore.

I think he meant to put Marcus Sasser. 😉

my wishlist right now is wemby, then scoot, then any of whitmore, brandon miller, or gg jackson

if the thompson twins, ausar especially, don't fix their shots, the spacing with our group would be a nightmare

That was a mistake. And yeah this draft is going to be different because a lot of the top guys aren't going to be playing college basketball.

Guys that I like for the Jazz this year are Keyonte George, Cam Whitmore, Thompson Twins, Brandon Miller, Leonard Miller, and Baba Miller.

Obviously Wemby and Scoot are at the top of the list for me but not planning on being one of the two worst teams this year so trying not to get my hopes up.  Always have the lottery but that has rarely benefited us.

Whitmore is next on my list as of now after the top 2.  Athletic wing would help a ton.  Sort of a Miles Bridges type if he grows a little.

Brandon Miller reminds me of Bey too much.  A not overly athletic wing who can shoot but isnt a great shooter. It would be redundant IMO.

Jackson will be interesting to see how they use and develop him.  He could be a really good stretch 4 which we need next to Bey/Ivey/Cade/Duren.

Mitchell is probably my #4 with the thought he will develop his shot some.  Athleticism and versatility at the 3/4 will be huge for our transition game with Ivey out there and doesn't need the ball in his hands which again works with our two PG lineup.  But he does need to work on the shot similarly to the Thompson Twins.

A couple other potential risers on my Pistons wish list are Rayan Rupert, Gradey ****, Baba Miller, Leonard Miller, and Filipowski.  Need to watch more and see how these guys develop and produce against better competition but they could be really solid pieces to add. Especially if we add another pick via trade.
