Yeah that would be ideal, but if Levert is available who looked like a stud before his injury last year--thats not somebody the Cavs can pass up on. As we know the Cavs arnt exactly attracting any type of high level FAs and with Levert he is a type of guy you can go gamble on. Hes young, trending upwards and has familiarity with the coach. The Cavs also have Nance at PF behind Love who they signed longterm so its not like there is nobody. Yea there might be other bidders but there wont be many because of Westbrooks contract and even less if they try and package him and steven adams together. Like with Blatt, was hired thinking he was going to take over an extremely young team and grow and develop along with them. James signs and it changed the complexity of the team and its season goals.
