Cooper Kupp was an 86 last year. I know... There's a lot of players in that 67-73 ovr with loads of potential. Many are rookies as well. I would be cool with signing a 1-yr player at LBer with say a 69-70 ovr. Their potential hasn't been seen... And there are players that are literally overrated. It's the 6 yr vet LBer with a big 68 rating. Slow... So I know not to base my whole opinion on it...but it's sometimes a good indicator of what kind of player your getting.
