anchrum and jackson are good ol back ups, we are 7 deep on ol. thats nice.

Anchrum is a complete unknown. Jackson has been good but only at tackle.

So the interior depth imo is problematic and I'm not sold that there's not going to be a decent drop off from Corbett to Shelton.

A bit surprised to see Blanton go but I think that's signaling going heavy at WR and having some of the udfas on the PS. I know some people really liked Carter/Pettigrew.

I think Jordan Rodrique stated this could mean that Harris get kept as a "TE" and then this makes it easier to keep McCutcheon who I think makes the team after back to back big performances.

Yeah the numbers make more sense if you think Harris and Skowronek are more of a hybrid WR/TE. I thought Blanton was good against SF last year but that was just 1 game.

Tell me more about Blanton.  We need a depth guy at TE, and since we are scrimmaging all week, he'd at least look somewhat good against guys he's been practicing against all camp long and last year.

Wasn't he claimed by Washington?

He's a very meh TE. Not a good athlete and an okay blocker. I think he is a fine TE3 but he's not going to give much at all in the receiving game.

It's a non contact practice so there's no hit and yet Tutu is shaken up at the first heavy contact.... he seems very very fragile, i still think he will spend more days on IR than on the field.

Atwell had an impressive over-both-shoulders catch deep downfield, in which Stafford hit him in stride after Atwell got behind the back shelf of the defense, and Atwell hung on to the ball as he hit the ground hard. Atwell dropped a would-be touchdown amid contact later in the day, and took some heavy contact across the middle on a play. He seemed shaken up but stayed in the practice.
