ET80
Forget about football, this is horrible - young guy in the prime of his life and then this? I’m sad about this, but glad he’s diagnosed early and in a city with a world class cancer facility in MD Anderson.

Yup, couldn’t be in a better place to fight this!
Blaze
Football should be the last thing any of us think about. He is in the best position possible in Houston with all the cancer centers Houston offers.
Pastor Dillon
wow this is crazy. We had another guy that battled cancer a few years ago, Quessenberry. I believe he had a very aggressive form of cancer if I remember correctly, and he is doing great today. Houston is the place to be for sure.

Didn't Andre Hal battle it as well?

So would that be 3 guys in recent years? Is that a statistically significant amount or do other teams have this happen too?

Texans seem like an outlier on this front… James Connor had it while in Pittsburgh, Eric Berry had it in KC, but those are the only two off the top of my head. Another part is saying even I'm not that insenstive. Sadly I think the former part won since I posted. I should probably see someone about that. So I'll offset it by saying I am very pleased to hear this news
