i thought you guys might be interested to know that.....

I once stayed at the Excalibur with a direct view of the stadium. It was pretty cool. Hopefully it's similar for you wherever you are staying.

Listening to PA, I think we’re going to see the 3rd/4th string players a lot more than we typically see in the preseason. I won’t be shocked if we don’t see any starters play during the preseason. And even the 2nd string/ rotational players may not seem much action. Taking a lesson from the Rams’ approach.

So we won't regularly be going 1.000 in preseason like we did with Zimmer??

We stopped in Las Vegas in 1953, while on a Trans-US vacation.  It was a tiny desert town, with a population of 25,000.  I remember a couple of seedy-looking buildings that advertised "Gambling".  We just filled the gas tank and moved on.  I was there once more, during the early 1960s.  I had dinner, and saw a lounge show.  I didn't gamble at all.  I think there were 3 Gambling Casinos on the  so-called "Strip" then, which went about 2 blocks along the highway.  I've never returned there.  But, I'll watch The Vikings/Raiders game replay.  I hope Mond plays 3 quarters, and Reed plays at least a whole half at centre.  I hope to see good play from Nailor, Chandler, Asomoah, Cine, Booth, Twyman, Jones, Robinson, Smith-Marsette, Ingram, and the rest of the young players.

I'm not a gambling guy, so unless my daughter moves there (her boyfriend is originally from there), I'll probably never go.

I've always wanted to go, but that's probably down the road a bit haha

Shouldn't the title be updated since the Raiders won?

I lived in Vegas for over a year while the stadium was being constructed and right after it was completed. It's a great city, even if you don't gamble or party. It's got a great location if you like national parks, one of the best food scenes in the world, concerts and sporting events for everyone, and if you're in Summerlin, Henderson, or Spring Valley, it really doesn't feel unlike any other city.
