SteelKing728
He was a solid NCB for us his first time around, and he's good at blitzing, but last year he was toast. With Zimmer gone though who knows. He's still a good defensive mind but he lost control of the team.
INbengalfan
I liked him in his year here, but.................... there was that incident where his dad turned up missing and he punched out a guy he thought was holding out information......... Much happier with Hilton, but wouldn't have minded if we kept him.

Ozzy
They need CB bodies and Alexander is arguably the best one out there now but sure some more will come when there are cuts, especially from the Patriots or Broncos, Patriots for sure should be cutting some good corners, right now they have 8 solid ones and I assume two will be cut. Alexander plays the slot and could do well for them there, Noah Igbinoghene was over drafted and was drafted higher than he should have been based on playing really well in the bowl game and the last game of the year against Bama. I assume he is not doing great for them, he would be the depth at the position but my guess is that is not working out but he is still young I guess. Dude has all the athletic ability in the world, without the ability to actually play CB. Zero instincts.

I would agree with that thought on Noah, and I say again I think most of his rise in the draft was recent success on big stages or his last two games which were easily the best of his career, plus helped doing great at the combine and running that fast 40. viking
Look up burnt toast in the dictionary and there's a picture of mackensie Alexander's face. Played well early on in his career but was burnt toast last year.
y*so*blu
Mackensie was, uh... well, he was out there for the Vikings. Showed up ready to play. Kid sounded like a great defensive mind in his first press conference, but it never carried over to his performance on the field.

It's a low-risk signing and likely depends on how he's used and if they can cover up his deficiencies/bring out his strengths.
Rockice_8
Dolphins CB depth is shaky at best they need to hope to find a vet cut later before the season starts. They are one injury away to ether boundary guy from having big problems from what I can see. It can go from really good to really bad quickly. Having to role coverage to one side because of poor CB play changes the entire defense I feel. Same with the OL, which should be a concern too given the injury history to Armstead. Easier to find competent CB I would think though.
