You have a solid core esp for a 16 team league. I would start Ertz over Moore for the first few weeks esp with DHop suspended I think Ertz gets peppered with targets as the "possession" guy while Hollywood is the HR threat. Dont know too much about IDP other than for the flex you almost always have to go with a LB and for a DB i'd rather a safety over CB due to more chances for tackles and INTs.

Oooof not gonna lie. I don't like your RBs at all. CMC is obv a monster but I don't trust Mitchell, you're gonna have to hope that Mattison gets traded or hes no more than a 4-5 carry guy while Dalvin is healthy. Pollard is nice, just gotta see how his usage works with Zeke fully healthy. I like Lazard as a sleeper for 80 + catches this year, Godwin if healthy is a great play too.

I really don't know how I felt about this draft. I Kept Chase and ended up going Lamb and Pittman. I got Akers in R4. Ignore the draft rounds and numbers.

After Akers, I didn't pick again till R6. I made a couple of trades, hindsight maybe I should of just kept my picks but draft plan changed once James Conner went in R2 so I had to pivot and pick Pittman. It really sucks that Brian Robinson is out at least a month, although glad that in real life he's alive and well.

This is a 1 point PPR league but carries are worth .5. I guess I am either hoping that these RBs I have on my bench will break out or I can play the RB waiver this season.

1. (8) CeeDee Lamb (Dal - WR)
2. (17) Michael Pittman Jr. (Ind - WR)
3. (32) Cam Akers (LAR - RB)
4. (41) Devin Singletary (Buf - RB)
5. (56) Russell Wilson (Den - QB)
6. (65) Brian Robinson Jr. (Was - RB)
7. (80) James Robinson (Jax - RB)
8. (89) Roquan Smith (Chi - LB)
9. (104) Devin White (TB - LB)
10. (113) Jamaal Williams (Det - RB)
11. (128) Sammy Watkins (GB - WR)
12. (137) Rachaad White (TB - RB)
13. (152) Denver (Den - DEF)
14. (161) Mark Ingram II (NO - RB)
15. (176) Jordan Poyer (Buf - S)
16. (185) Vonn Bell (Cin - S)
17. (200) David Njoku (Cle - TE)
18. (209) Ja'Marr Chase  (Cin - WR)

Downside of pick #2. Ekeler, Kupp, and JJ we’re also under consideration but wanted a RB with depth being not that great and ultimately went in banking on CMac having a healthy year.

The best RB left when I took Mitchell we’re him, Dobbins, and Dillon. Still don’t trust Dillon with Jones being there and Dobbins injury made me worry but had to think hard between those two.

My biggest back and forth was Godwin and Mooney. I ultimately went with Godwin who I think is primed for a star season once he’s back completely healthy. I know what Mooney did but I just can’t trust Fields.

Big money league drafting in two hours. 12 yeah, ppr, superflex. $500 per team.

Not sure what I'm going to do if I pick in the middle yet

Middle is tough this year… I like McCaffrey, Taylor, and Jefferson at the top. At the end like 10-11-12, if I can get Najee, Adams, Henry, or even Kelce I’m ok with it. Pick 5-6-7-8 I might just go Najee but he’s not everyones cup of tea.

This is where I'm at too. It's like, I have definitive strategies for the first two round and a very narrow group of players I'm going to take at the front and at the turn...that middle area is murky as hell. I get drafting a guy like Henry, but I'll be damned if I actually like it.

Don’t have a good feeling about Eckler or Kupp in the 1st year, largely avoiding them.

I think Ekeler is find at the end of the first. Barring injury, his production should be fine. But he's due for TD regression imo, which means he should be going late first as opposed to early first. I think I am going to get the same player at 11 with Kamara (assuming the suspension doesn't happen, of course)

Kamara is such a tricky one… because what if the NFL decides to suspend him after his court thing in October. Everyone thinks NFL suspensions automatically come at the start of the year, but we have seen on multiple occasions NFL can enforce a suspension at any time once new evidence comes in. So if Kamara gets a six games suspension and it’s Week 13 onwards, you don’t have him your final two/three games or the playoffs.

Yep, and his court date is scheduled for later this month. The legal proceedings could be over and set up for the NFL to suspend if they want. There are some players, such as CMC / Kamara where I'm taking a third running back a couple of rounds earlier than I normally would just to cover myself. If they don't get suspended or hurt, great, 3rd is a Flex. But if they do, then I have an rb2 to slide into the role and I always trust myself to be able to find consistent flex options in the league.
