TheKillerNacho
https://titanswire.usatoday.com/2022/08/29/tennesseee-titans-releasing-brett-kern/ Kern was a mainstay on the Titans for the last 11 seasons, their longest-tenured player. He needs just four more punts to join the 1,000 punt club. His release means rookie Ryan Stonehouse has won the job. He should be a Buffalo Bill in short order, I'd imagine - while they were trying out punters all Sunday, they didn't sign any, presumably waiting to see what the Titans were going to do. Trentwannabe
He’ll be signed by the Bills tomorrow after they set their 53. Move someone to IR and sign Kern. Almost seems too likely to happen.
Mesa_Titan
Very silly move. Kern is at this moment one the 3 best punters in the game. If he goes to the Colts I’m going to puke.
Trojan
Ryan Stonehouse is very talented and has that study mentality that really endears you to him. Hopefully the Titans won't suffer on placekick holding duties as supposedly that's where Kern continued to hold an edge over Stonehouse from what I read. lomaxgrUK
Another lasting legacy of Josh McDaniels' tenure in Denver, cutting a guy who goes on to have a very good NFL career.
