TheRealMcCoy
Always wanted him to succeed in Philly, but just never happened. Think he was too immature when he entered the league and wasn’t always in tip top shape. That’s on him obviously. Seems like he’s grown up a bit since coming in as a rookie and I guess two deaths to friends in back to back years will do that. He seemed to be in better shape this offseason and was more consistent than past camps, but the writing was on the wall regarding his future with the Eagles. I’m glad he’ll get a fresh start. Shaun Bradley who was our best special teams coverage guy and Jack Driscoll were in that draft too. We’ve had worse drafts for sure. The 2014 and 2017 drafts for recent ones and 2011 was saved by Jason Kelce.

EagleBlueDon
Goodbye Jalen. Really loved you coming out. Fell in love with your speed and explosion and how sweet you looked in that TCU uni blowing by guys. But man you just don't have the mentality to succeed here. Something didnt translate from college to pro. Good luck in your future.

Eagles got a 4th or 5th, but 2 years late, so you would knock the value down by at least a round. Still awful by Dallas to only get a 5th rounder out of the Browns for Cooper. Trades and FA are areas the Cowboys usually don’t maximize like they should. That’s been a thing for many years.

Jeezla
Addition by subtraction. Now he won't cut into any of Quez's snaps, and maybe Quez gets a shot at PR.

Instead the balls will potentially go towards Quez and Pascal by default That alone is an upgrade. Think about the pecking order of WR in 2021 that Jalen Hurts had at his disposal. Smitty (Rookie), Reagor, JJAW, Quez, Ward, Hightower. 2022 AJ, Smitty, Quez, Pascal, TBA (Cain, Allen, Covey) another? We also have Chauncey Gardner-Johnson going to play the Saints as well. Obviously Bradberry facing the Giants twice. AJ playing the Titans. Slay playing the Lions again. Hargrave playing the Steelers. Reddick playing the Cardinals. We play Carson Wentz (twice), Doug Pederson, Zach Ertz, and Rasul Douglas (should still be an Eagle).
