That was me. I was pissed and it was more hyperbole than anything else.

I get it, I threw my phone and put a nice sized hole in the wall after the 2nd pick. But we know what we have in Wentz. If he doesn't come back after the picks with 2 great touchdown throws, I'm probably freaking out as well. But the first 2 and last 2 drives of the game showed what he is capable of and our wide receivers are studs, and I'm excited about that.

They certainly upgraded at QB and WR but outside of that I just don't agree with the rest. They created holes the roster didn't have and then filled them back in with former Panthers. Mathis is not anywhere close to the talent Payne is and our LBs might be the worst assembled group in the franchises history. Holcomb and Davis are only entrenched starters because the team chose not to do anything to upgrade even though they had plenty of opportunities. I mean, Jon Bostic is back on the roster.

That is nonsensical though.  If you want to criticize the drafting of Jamin Davis then fine, but calling for him to be outright replaced in his second season is just ridiculous. You don't take an athletic project linebacker and then not let him play.

I think I’m at the point to see if J. Davis can put on some muscle weight and be a DE. JDR either needs to change his scheme or change his position. His reaction to plays is very slow and seems like he’s never in the right position to make the play. With his athleticism, rushing the QB might be his way to prove his value.
Saw RR presser and it seems that J. Davis, isn’t there yet. Seems to always be the case.

They improved on Defense yet how many times did the Jags get into the RedZone? Jags could've easily scored 28 points but their own mistakes cost them. This Defense hadn't played to the level of 2020 when they had Matt and Settle behind Allen and Payne.

Twice on short fields bc of Wentz’s ints. It’s true though the D wasn’t great. And we’ll play tougher teams. Expect a lot of shootouts this year as our young LBs, Juice & young safeties continue to develop.

That's the guys Rivera wanted! Some of y'all are confusing me with these post because now Accountability for what happen in the off-season just goes out the window.

The InT was thrown by the guy Rivera wanted and the D can't stop nobody because Rivera didn't improve the D. Once again All This Was Done at The Hands of Rivera while you especially @turtle28seemed to agree or was willing to deal with the outcome. Now deal with the outcome, don't start complaining.

The guy Rivera wanted also made throws down the stretch that won them the game. Who do you want to play quarterback?

All true but we don’t win that game yesterday with most QBs in the league, including all of our starters from the last 3 seasons.

The TD throw to Terry was a tight window throw 40 yards downfield on the sideline. Maybe 10 QBs in the league can make that throw consistently & Carson made it. Perfect throw.

Raiders just let go of a 1st round pick because he wasn't fulfilling his duties. Same should and could be done with Davis if he can't improve! You were so done with Landon Collins because of his Play/Salary yet we Have to hold onto Davis. No Thanks. Collins as a LB is better than Davis.

We would've won that Game with my QB pick and my off-season additions way easier. Just like Top Teams in the league did yesterday.

I want people to be Accountable. Read and Comprehend the message.

Rivera does that. You don’t need to talk to me about accountability, I’m not the coach.

So, should Rivera have benched Wentz?

Then we certainly lose the game bc noodle arm Heinicke isn’t making the throws Wentz did.

Why do people still bring up Kirk?

let it go GIF

I brought him up because he had a better long ball than Aex Smith, Haskins & Heinike.

But the difference is, I don't think Cousins recovers from the 2int's we had Sunday.

(Even with our new posse' of WR's)

Cousins is a good QB, if EVERYTHING is going smooth. No problems or issues...

But once things turned, Cousins is incapable of turning things around.

Other than his " you like that" game?

That's been my whole point I've tried to make, the whole time he was here & glad we let him go.

Wentz has that "it" factor you hope your QB has.

We finally found one. Took long enough.

I'd give him a new contract this morning....

Gonna be a fun season!
