Jeezla
Fletcher Cox is just an average DT at this point. Should flip-flop his and Davis' snap shares. Cox would probably be more disruptive coming off the bench with fresh legs. Edited September 13, 2022 by Jeezla

Sometimes how a defense is playing you just dictates more short to intermediate like QBs playing against Gannon with soft coverages and living in a 2 high world trying to take away big plays. Jalen isn't a guy afraid to pass it deep. IAY/PA is Intended Air Yards Per Pass Attempt and Jalen was 4th among all QBs last year. Problem was his accuracy deep was pretty bad at throws 20+. His mechanics & timing let him down too often. That but the passing chart mainly shows the fact that he doesn't go through his progressions completely because most of the time he will take off running. The brighside is that it is not full of short passes to the right. Edited September 13, 2022 by Broadway Joe

Still believe a lot of him not going through his progressions was due to the lack of trust with 4 of the WR's going deep, no longer on the Eagles roster just a year later. Reagor, JJAW, Hightower, Ward. Most would tuck and run with studs like that, just saying.

Well if that's how our OL is going to protect the QB moving forward this year, 1 read is all the time he'll have.

You are right on that one. He does seem improve though and playing man to man all game seems to have done more harm than good to them. We'll see how he looks when they do that plus a spy on him like Dallas did on the first game. I hope we see what this offense can be. Nabbs4u
I'm going to assume Stout is in Shane's ear about adjustments being made after he belittled the OL in meetings about their piss poor performance to that Nascar , overload blitz protections. If that isn't fixed, its going to be a long season and Hurts won't stay healthy. Detroit brought the house 24/7 that game and Shane had no answer. That better change moving forward.
