Just gonna copy and paste this into the good, bad, ugly thread:

Positives:

- Defense looked fantastic against a Top 5 Offense. They were the main reason this was a one score game. Patrick Graham is the man!!

- Nate Hobbs is the TRUTH. We may have an all pro level player.

- Davante Adams was absolutely amazing. Completely as advertised.

Bad:

- Play calling. It was’t “terrible” but pretty questionable at times. I will definitely give McDaniels the benefit of the doubt for Week 1, but he needs to get more players involved, and not make stupid play calls.

Ugly:

- Derek Carr. One of the worst games of his career. His throws (most) were awful, especially all of his deep balls. He also made some horrendoussss decisions throughout the game. He also panicked throughout the game and played scared.

- O Line, mostly RT. Absolutely horrendous. Need to figure out what the most optimal lineup is. Although even that will still be poor.

Good:

Hobbs

Adams

Run D

D in general

Bad:

Nothing was bad

Ugly:

Carr

Not playing starters in the preseason with a new system

OL Roulette

Play calling

I would keep Adams in the good but also put him in the bad.  Not his play but his presence had a negative impact on Carr and our play calling.  Why did Jacobs average 5.7 yards a carry but only get 10 carries.

I'd mostly agree on the play calling if we hadn't practically abandoned the run so often. That places it in the Ugly category for me.

I debated putting it in ugly but Carr and OL were “uglier”. Maybe I should of skipped bad and did Good, Ugly, Uglier.

I can agree with that.

It was perplexing for sure
