Week 2 Vikings come the the Linc for MNF. Here's hoping Prime time Kirk Cousins (8-17) shows up or this might get ugly real quick the way our defense looked last week.

Not sure who will kill us more, Jefferson 200+ receiving or Cook gashing us for 200+ on the ground?

Gannon better have made some adjustments because if the Lions can have their way with us, surely the Vikings can as well.

Guess we'll see?

Lions averaged 10 yards a rush with Jordan Davis on the sideline.

Lions rans the ball for 44 yards on 15 attempts with Jordan Davis in the game.

It's almost like he should play more.

Puzzling. It’s not only that he didn’t play enough, he played the least out of the DTs:

Fletcher Cox: 39 snaps (57%)
Javon Hargrave: 38 snaps (55%)
Milton Williams: 33 snaps (48%)
Marlon Tuipulotu: 29 snaps (42%)
Jordan Davis: 22 snaps (32%)

And he seemingly played well, especially against the run where we struggled mightily.

Also, Wallace and Dean played a combined 5 snaps. Not a good look.

We also need Riddick to I dont know do anything would be nice.

Guy has zero stats.

I'm glad Nick mentioned that the Coaches were first on the list that needed to do better in his post game stuff.
Gannon was the weakest part of week 1 on top of finishing tackles, which does somewhat fall at his feet too.

If JD doesn't play more / he keeps using Reddick stupidly, and similarly dumb things, it'll be a long season.

poor tackling is a nick sirianni problem. The defense played like 3 live snaps all off season.

yeah thats fair, hopefully just a one week issue.

Want to bury Gannon as much as possible until he gets better or gets fired.
Watching the game and seeing Reddick go out in coverage a bunch was unsurprising with Gannon...but still rather annoying.

Was thinking the same thing during game.

This is definitely a downside of the extra soft offseason he runs. But at least we were fully healthy for the first time ever.

Yeah, it definitely works with keeping people on the field. But tackling and run blocking seemed to both take a sizable hit.
