There's a game today. 425 kickoff at Dallas.  Hoping There's a better showing this week than last. Especially from the offensive line. I can't handle another week of excuses about how the line really wasn't that bad.

Really rude of Isaiah Prince to change his name to La'el Collins and truck us into thinking our right tackle was a competent player.

Why does it always look like we have less players than the other team when we're on offense?

So is it the offensive line, play calling or quarterback? Because this offense looks broken

I was a Zac Taylor apologist. 

I want him gone. Inexcusable how bad this offense is with him at the helm, and it’s not just the past two games. It’s a shame we’ll have to wait until the end of the 2024 season before it’s even an option to fire him - our SB window will be closing by then. 

Oh well. Last years playoff run was fun.

I'm not quite on the fire Zac campaign,  but I think it's beyond time for his play calling duties to go to Callahan 100%. Still doesn't correct how washed up Collins looks or Burrows missing pocket awareness. 

I like the culture Zac built, we'll see if that helps turn things around.

There is no sense of urgency at the start of games so far.  It's like, "hey guys, let's see how far we can get behind and still come back" or something.  Two staright 14 point deficits in the first half, only to come back and fall just short.  Inexcusable.  I blame everyone.

The o line should be blamed on the o line coach.  We drafted 3 o lineman last year.  Pollock didn’t develop them at all. Drafted another and brought in 3 guys who were supposed to be the answer.  We look worse than last year.  The scheme has to be a major issue.  No quarterback can survive behind this line.  Joe will not be with us long if this continues.  No one would.

I think Pollack has fallen into the trap of seeking out guys with a shared mentality. His "glass eaters" and "guys with stuff in their neck" doesn't seem to take into account actual talent or results.  Collins can have as much of a mean streak as he says, but who cares if he can't execute and move well enough? Cappa and Karras look like keepers. But the other three have been bad.

Volson is a pretty good run blocker already. We can reasonably hope he improves as a pass protector. Collins wasn't a good match for Parsons. Nobody is, really. But Jonah is sure reducing the value of his next contract.

Jonah and Volson also need to get on the same page with pass set drop backs.  Volson isn't backing up enough, or Jonah is bascking up too far.  Or both.  Either way, it's creating a gap for the defenders to walk through straight to Burrow.

Yeah, they clearly are not working together well at all. Hoping it's mostly on Volson as growing pains are acceptable with him.
