This chart is looking specifically at W/L ratio when tied or down one score in the fourth quarter with possession of the ball. It doesnt include playing with even a 1 pt lead.

I'm not sure how this is supposed to correlate to saying you shouldn't go into a prevent offense when up 2-3 scores in the third quarter. 

I do not argue that we have been largely good when playing close games from behind or tied.

If it's for blocking...why not just use NWI?

Or Woods considering Vrabel said last year before the Rams game that Woods was one of the best blocking receivers in the league… Nope let’s keep using the guy who is absolutely no threat in the passing game and completely telegraphs our plays by being the only receiver on the field.
