I think someone mentioned that it seems like Snyder is trying to avoid spending any $ he doesn't have in anticipation of being removed. If we're way out of it as we approach that figure you have to bench him. You can't just give your second round pick away. We're getting a third for Scherff so keeping out second would leave us with a full slate of picks. The other thing I would mention is that if he has something critical to say he doesn’t want to mention it because the press will make it a bigger issue. I kind of understand that reasoning, thinking he didn’t like what JDR did with J Davis by calling him out. I really wish this would work out with RR but not that hopeful. I mean I know where your head is at, but honestly - next week if no Dak, Tennessee (depending on which team shows up), Chicago, GB, Indy - 4 of those 5 weeks are definitely winnable games for us. Let's say we pull off 3-2. Now you're 4-4 and in the hunt. Then you have a 3 week spread of the Falcons, Texans, Giants - again 3 winnable games. Closing the season with the Giants, an interesting SF team, the Browns and Cowboys. Maybe two more wins?
