I think Baker is very close to joining the washed up list with Goff, Mariota, Trubisky, etc. Baker has a higher top end, I think, and he may be able to hit it just slightly more frequently. That's what keeps Jacoby from actually being a starting level QB. Also, I've thought Baker was worse than Goff since jump. I'm not sure what the argument for Baker over Goff ever would have been.
