turtle28
Media on a player doesn’t matter. Teams will turn in the tape, even from last year and see a player who’s active in the run game, and getting close on sacks, getting a lot of pressure on QBs, had some forced fumbles & almost intercepted a pass of Aaron Rodgers. I agree w/ @e16bball on his assessment of Chase’s value & presumably he hasn’t reached his ceiling yet. They’d be trading a 2nd round pick for a DROY w/ a lot more potential in him. That could be a huge bargain for a team.

He also played well as a rookie, won DROY & probably wants to help turn this franchise around. Don’t let the 2021 stats fool you that he wasn’t better than average in 2021 either. I’ve provided the highlights to prove he was close to getting double digit sacks in just half a year & he had a bunch of pressures/forced incompletions & nearly intercepted Aaron Rodgers on a screen pass attempt. I mean there’s a reason why guys like Jon Allen & Terry re-sign here & id say them wanting to help turn this franchise into a winner is probably tops of the list. Thaiphoon
Geez. Even the Panthers are smart enough to trade away players. Look what they just did with Robbie Anderson.

turtle28
I wonder if there’s any suckers out there who still trade for Carson Wentz? I don’t think so, given his salary & injury but hey, he does have good stats bc he’s hit some long shots! He just hasn’t been accurate enough in the short to medium to where he moves the chains consistently.
