TecmoSuperJoe
NFL Throwback channel uploaded an old gem in high quality. The 1994 week 7 game between the 49ers and Falcons. Deion Sanders' return to the Georgia Dome. Game was basically over by the start of the 2nd quarter. I still marvel at how stacked that 1994 team was, and how they were able to remain healthy pretty much the entire way. Actually with a lot of older ball teams. Seems like guys are getting hurt more now even with better playing surfaces. Anyway, all-time memorable game for 49ers fans. Atlanta used to just be the 49ers' punching bag twice a year.

Beating a team with a combined score of 92-17 in a season is just ridiculous 😂. The defense had 23 INTs and 9 of them came in two Atlanta meetings. Insane! If the team had played the starters the entire week 17 game against the Vikings and won by double figures, which was going to be likely...Then this team would have ended the season on a 14 game win streak with 8 consecutive wins of double digits. This team already has a case to be the best team ever, but a blowout win against the Vikings would have made their case even stronger on paper.
straighthate
So what’s the word on Kinlaw? Is it just inflammation on that bum knee or did he do anything new to it?

At this point, I've ceased caring. The knees are shot

Yes, or we coulda had a stacked team in the playoffs with Grbac at QB. Thank God Elvis never entered that building!! There is still a case to be made that the team woulda still won the superbowl with Grbac at QB.

The team was obviously stacked and even though Young did not have a great game against the Cowboys in the NFCCG, I'm not sure if Grbac gets them to the SB. Definitely would have had a shot and that speaks volumes to the talent of the team, especially when there was such a drastic drop off from Young to Grbac. The nice thing is that at this point kinlaw misses so much time that the next man up is really just the starter anyway
49erurtaza
49ers bet on Kinlaw being healthy. My question is why? Lol 😆 Edited October 15, 2022 by 49erurtaza

J-ALL-DAY
Not surprising at all but no doubt the DL is going to be in for a tough one against that run offense. Our offense will need to put up points just like they did last week.

Good thing we have Omenihu, he seems to get overlooked, but has been playing good ball.
