To be fair, the role is not a coaching one per se - it'll probably be Nick Caserio until further notice, then Caserio will lead the search for the next guy. I was skeptical on Caserio when he came in (mostly because he was hand picked by Easterby) but he impressed me by the way he handled the Deshaun Watson situation, then followed that up by having a very strong draft.
